Interlace Executive Search advises on all aspects of executive recruitment, helping clients in the private and not-for-profit sectors to fill positions on their executive boards, supervisory boards and senior management teams. Interlace closely monitors the market using all available resources and methods, and is therefore able to identify suitable candidates very quickly.
A successful appointment relies not only on the requirements of the position itself, such as qualifications, experience, industry knowledge and motivation, but also on a good ‘match’ between the candidate and the organisation. Outstanding People, an Interlace affiliate, identifies, recruits and selects ‘outstanding people’: managers, professionals and specialists who have at least three years’ work experience and who can make a real difference to an organisation. They are people with proven potential which goes beyond the requirements of the position for which they are initially being considered. Outstanding People uses all effective recruitment methods, including personal searches, internet searches and advertising.
InterBoard
InterBoard Interim Executives, another Interlace affiliate, specialises in filling executive positions on a temporary basis, and at a socially acceptable salary level. InterBoard brings together specialists in interim management and executive search. The combination of knowledge and experience in the two fields has enabled InterBoard to develop an excellent network of highly competent and motivated executives. Where appropriate, InterBoard’s expertise can be complemented by that of Interlace Executive Search, ensuring that the process is not subject to the limitations usually associated with interim managers who work exclusively for or through a single organisation.

Leadership View is an Interlace service which helps both clients and the executives we place to achieve optimum success. Leadership View is a select group of exceptionally talented people, all of whom hold directorships or supervisory directorships with listed companies or prominent public institutions. They are the opinion-leaders, the ‘movers and shakers’ in their respective fields. Interlace offers clients and executives the opportunity to exchange thoughts and ideas with the Leadership View panel about any complex issues or topical themes which emerge in their business activities.
